Nani has piled the praise on Adnan Januzaj and Wilfried Zaha for how they have presented themselves so far in their Manchester United careers.
The pair haven’t had the same seasons so far under David Moyes as Januzaj has cemented his position in the first team squad while Zaha still fights for his but their attitude away from that is what has impressed Nani.
The Portuguese winger previously gave Januzaj advice before he made his way into the first team and has no doubt spoken to Zaha about the challenges he faces. Speaking to ManUtd.com, he said: ”They are both great players and have showed great character.
“They both have good personalities as well.
“They have been given a chance to play in the first team and have impressed because they have lots of quality.
“It is normal for a young player to show good things when they have the right personality and mentality.”
When it comes to any footballer, their off field approach is just as important as their on field ability and in that respect, Januzaj and Zaha have clearly presented themselves very well.
Januzaj has been given more opportunities but all Zaha can do is continue to put the work in training to get his chances. He is in action tonight for England’s Under-21s and if he can put in an impressive performance, it will show Moyes that he isn’t letting a lack of game time effect his ability on the pitch.
